Delivery and Ordering Information

Delivery: We regret we can no longer offer free freight. All prices are FOB San Antonio.  Texas Customers: To figure freight/delivery cost, on our truck, take  the Map Quest mileage from zip code 78009 to your zip code and multiply by 75 cents.  For smaller orders, ask if there is another order coming your way. Schools can share shipping charges.  California Customers (LAUSD): We deliver two unit sets plus extras, on our truck per delivery. Only cubes are shipped by common carrier. Call to find out when next delivery is scheduled. Other out of State customers: Please call for quote on current freight rates to your area. A crating fee may apply.  We may need to send by common carrier/freight truck, on some rush orders, small orders to distant locations, etc. We will try to find the most cost effective way to deliver. Please call for a quote on crating and current freight rates.  We cannot offer "inside delivery". Hiring 2 men to ride along on deliveries would be too expensive for Theatre Departments who always have a better use for their their money, like new lighting instruments or more set pieces. Students usually unload their own set pieces and we help them learn how to handle their sets safely. Whether it is students, maintenance/janitorial staff or day labor temps, we must have help unloading.  Postage on items mailed: Unless otherwise requested, we send mini sets, hinges and misc. hardware, videos, light weight safety products and other small items by USPS Priority Mail. $6 to $8 usually takes care of most packages. Please allow 4 to 6 weeks, after the date the purchase order is received, for delivery. Orders to be delivered January 1 to April 30 should allow extra time and please give a "need by" date to insure delivery, during the busy UIL OAP season. If you have a rush order, give us your "need by" date and we will establish a delivery date before accepting that order. Specialty pieces and miscellaneous designer items may require longer to produce, especially during peak seasons. Please specify your "need by" date. Items distributed by PALCO may be shipped by the supplier and billed by PALCO, or may be shipped and billed by PALCO. For prices on specialty items and designs, please email us, or call us at 830-741-5256 for a quote. Please specify right or left hand doors. A Full UNIT Set -- 32 pc. will have one of each.
